The Crystal Reports Basic class will provide the training needed to navigate
through the program, preset report options and pull data from the Sage MAS 90
and Sage MAS 200 database.

Intermediate topics discussed in the class include options for grouping report
data, advanced formulas, formatting and conditionally formatting report
sections.

Custom Report Request
Crystal Reports offers tremendous flexibility, but with that comes complexity.
For creating those complex reports, we have highly trained Crystal Reports
experts that can create most any report you can think of; or if you have a
simple report but just don’t have time, we can do those too. Since reports can
be very complex and costs can get out of hand, we offer fixed fees on all report
requests. This provides you with an amount you can budget for and gives us a

Report Automation
There are third party programs that can export, print, or e-mail Crystal reports
on a scheduled basis. Scheduling saves time and resources that would otherwise
have to be done by a user or not at all.
Prewritten Reports
Over the past several years we have taken our most requested reports and
combined them into a report package called Crystal Vision. Here, we provide you
with high quality, dependable reports that will help meet your reporting needs
at a very affordable price. In fact, if you were to purchase each of these
reports from us individually, you would spend close to $20,000! However, we
offer the complete package at a tiny fraction of that price. In Addition, these
prewritten reports provide a great starting point for individuals that want to
write their own reports, but would like examples or reports that are already
started for them.
Web Reporting
Needing to be connected to your data regardless of where you are is becoming
more and more a necessity; with sales reps and employees constantly on the road
you may be struggling with trying to get these employees the reports they need
when they need them. This is where we can help you set up your Crystal Reports
and make them available via a web page.
Form Customization
As a company, you want to portray a professional image. Every day people form
opinions about your company based on communications they receive from you, and
typically this avenue of communication is via a printed form. Have you looked at
your forms lately? We can help you create professional looking forms or forms
that take on a different look, depending on whom it is printed for. For example,
you may have an order confirmation that prints one copy for the customer, one
for the sales rep and one for your file with different information on all three.
