We now have seven agents (Agent1, Agent2, Agent3, Agent4, Agent5, Agent6 & Agent7) for desktop streaming, so be sure to find out from us which agent you are connecting to.

Instructions for using Desktop Streaming:

1. Select desired Agent from the drop-down list. Then click on the Click Here Button.
   
2. Next, you'll see a screen that says "Contacting Your Representative- in a few moments you'll meet a live representative on your screen".
   
3. Next, a box will pop up and ask you if you want to install and run chatlnk.exe. Click Yes
   
4. You will see a new window called Chat.
   
5. Next a box will pop up called "ScreenSharing" which will enable us to see your screen and share your mouse and keyboard. Click OK
   
6. Lastly you will see a screen that says "your representative has arrived". We are now connected to your computer.
