MAS Telephone Support Telephone Support
When you need a backup technical department, we can provide telephone support. Our normal support hours are Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM, but special support hours can be arranged during critical customer conversions or project events.

When you call our offices, a real person answers the phone and makes sure that the support call is properly expedited. Even more importantly, all support calls are tracked with detailed notes so that any technician you speak with is fully informed and can provide seamless continuity on any issue previously raised. Likewise, these detailed records help us keep customers abreast of progress when solutions require further study. Our goal is always to keep you fully in the loop.
